Embrace is committed to building a sustainable and impactful charity organization dedicated to serving people of all races, ethnicities, and faiths across Botswana.

Welfare and Aid
Distributing food, clothing, and other necessities to disadvantaged communities, particularly the helpless elderly and aged in our society. Focus on orphans as well.

Human Development and Empowerment
Providing a platform for people to improve their financial well-being through the development of practical work skills and/or the establishment of sustainable means of living.

Feeding Programs
16 Feeding programs with over 800 individuals assisted.

Home Improvement Projects
9 home improvement & completion projects.

Food Voucher Distribution
2800 food support vouchers distributed to the needy.

Blanket Distribution
1700 blankets distributed already.

Clothing & School Uniforms
500 clothing, shoes, school uniform & stationery support hampers.

Food Hampers
170 Food hampers distributed.

Water Tank Project
13 water tanks setup, including regular refilling.

Business Support
Supporting small business & start-ups including a Car wash, Beauty Saloon, Wood cutting & Tuck shops.

Education Support
3 students assisted with exam & schools fees (Tertiary, secondary & primary school).

Wheel chairs, walking frames, walking sticks.
Crescent School Food Bank
Assisted to establish the food bank.
Transport Support
Two Bicycle donations.
Fruit Tree Donations
Mango trees donated and planted at old age home & orphanage.
Pensioner Support
Grocery Vouchers, 5 Benches, 60 chairs, 3 Urns, 3 water coolers handed to 3 Kgotlas.
General Zakaat Distribution
To needy individuals.

Grocery Vouchers and Clothing support for orphans.
The Embrace Village is located approximately 20km from Gaborone on the Mmankgodi/Manyana junction.
We have welcomed one disadvantaged family into the shelter and accommodated two other less fortunate people.
We have set up an agricultural area to assist in providing the inhabitants with a means to earning a livelihood In sha Allah.
We have managed to drill a borehole and are in the process of equipping and setting up the equipment required for pumping water.

• Continued empowerment of people currently residing on site
• Procure borehole pump and other related equipment
• Secure borehole pump and equipment with wall and electric fence
• Erect fencing around the plot
• Clearing and de-bushing of the plot where required
• Continued crop growing and fruit tree planting

Board of Trustees
To ensure that Embrace is administered and operated in a professional and sustainable manner, an eight member Board of Trustees has been established.
• Ensure that the funds solicited are utilised (and accounted for) in the most effective manner.
• Ensure transparency and fairness in the distribution of items and/or financial assistance provided to disadvantaged communities.
• Ensure that all projects and programmes are monitored accordingly and are aligned to the requisite professional standards.
